What the app does
Phototrend generates new pictures from a photo you provide, using AI models. Results are not photographs of real events. They can be wrong, odd or unflattering, and no particular result is guaranteed.
What you may upload
You must be at least 13 to use Phototrend. Upload only photos you have the right to use: of yourself, of people who agreed to it, or of your own children if you are their parent or guardian. Do not upload photos of people who have not consented, or anything illegal, hateful or sexual. A model may refuse a photo; when that happens you are not charged.
What you may do with the results
The pictures you generate are yours to use, including commercially. Do not present them as real photographs of real events, and do not use them to impersonate, defame or deceive anyone.
Credits and subscriptions
One run asks for four pictures and costs four credits; credits for any picture the models could not make are returned. Animating a picture into a video costs ten credits, paid from bought credits rather than free runs; if the video cannot be made, they are returned. New devices get three free runs. Credits do not expire while the app exists but have no cash value and are not refundable except where the law requires. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple account settings; refunds are handled by Apple.
Service
The app depends on third-party AI providers. It may be unavailable, and trends may be added or removed at any time. We may change prices, with notice inside the app.
Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid in the previous twelve months.
